There was a limit to recycling the solar panel 100% with a simple shredding process which is common. And there were serious environmental issues by dumping and burying the toxic wastes into nature with those existing processes.
Therefore, We have developed a system to take apart the solar panel into cell modules and we can recycle them into the high-valued materials for the anode additives of the secondary batteries without hurting the environment by using our rapid freezing process to disassemble the solar modules.
First step, we take the aluminium frame and glass with our rapid process from the silicon contained solar modules.
Second, we take the recovered silicons into our Transportable Thermal Plasma system which makes them into the silicon nano powder.
The silicon nano powder is the high-priced anode materials for the secondary batteries.
